Dr. McNeil moved to the Bay area from New York City in 2018. She attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine graduating in 2010. She received her surgical training at SUNY Downstate at LICH in Brooklyn, NY. After residency, she worked at a multi-specialty practice as well as the New York College of Pediatric Medicine as an associate clinical professor in the surgery department. Teaching is a passion for Dr. McNeil and she enjoys educating her patients on their condition as part of their treatment.
In addition to her medical education, Dr. McNeil participated in a certificate program at NY FIT in performance athletic footwear. This experience helps her to guide patients in proper shoe selection for their sport and level of activity. She also has a bit of enthusiasm for shoes in general, combining style with function.
Running is a hobby for her, having completed several half marathons. Dr. McNeil enjoys treating athletes and understands the complexity of that patient population. She works to keep you as active as possible during your treatment. She is enjoying the active community in SF and is exploring the Bay area with biking, hiking, and Skiing in Tahoe.
